NxaCare started with a simple frustration: brilliant doctors losing hours to paperwork, phone tag and disconnected tools. We set out to give every clinic software that just works.
Our founders spent months inside clinics across India — watching receptionists juggle three registers, doctors search for paper files, and owners guess at their numbers each month. The technology meant to help was either built for large hospitals or stitched together from half a dozen apps that never spoke to each other.
We believed a modern clinic deserved a single, calm place to run everything: appointments, patient records, billing and the team — fast enough for a busy front desk and simple enough that nobody needs a week of training. That belief became NxaCare.
Now we're launching NxaCare to our first clinics. We're just getting started, and we're still spending time in clinics every week — because the best product decisions are made next to the people doing the work.
