No. NxaCare runs in a web browser on desktop, tablet and mobile. There is nothing to install for staff or patients, and there is no NxaCare mobile app.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is needed to begin. The pricing page sets out what each plan includes once the trial ends.

NxaCare is designed so a receptionist can work the calendar after a short walkthrough rather than a training programme. Onboarding includes a session with your team.

Yes, on every plan. The self-booking portal shows genuinely available slots for the providers and services you have opened online, and sends automated email confirmation and reminders.

No. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent by email. WhatsApp is used only for patient sign-in codes and guest-booking verification. SMS is not supported, and WhatsApp reminders are on the roadmap rather than available today.

Yes, on Enterprise. You get a unified dashboard across all locations covering patients, staff, appointments and revenue, with drill-down into any single branch.

No. NxaCare runs in the browser on both desktop and mobile. There is no native app for iOS or Android.

Not today. ABDM and ABHA linking is on the roadmap and is not part of the product now.

No. There is no built-in video consultation, and Zoom or Google Meet integrations are planned rather than live. NxaCare handles the scheduling, records and billing around a consultation you hold elsewhere.

No. There is no dental charting, ophthalmic refraction, imaging workflow or specialty-specific assessment tooling. Clinical notes, documents and treatment plans are general-purpose and work across specialties.

Three plans, billed monthly in Indian rupees: Starter at ₹1,299/month for solo practitioners and small clinics, Pro at ₹2,499/month for growing clinics, and Enterprise at ₹4,999/month for multi-branch groups. Annual billing saves 25% and quarterly billing saves 10%.

On Pro, your clinic’s name, logo and colours appear across the patient-facing experience alongside a small "Powered by NxaCare" badge. On Enterprise the product is fully white-labelled — your brand is the only visible brand to both patients and staff.

Pro and Enterprise. Razorpay covers UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and Stripe covers international cards. Starter records cash, cheque and externally collected payments through manual billing.

Yes. There is no lock-in on monthly plans, and annual plans can be cancelled before renewal. A full data export is always available, so you keep your records either way.

Pricing is quoted in INR. The platform itself is browser-based and region-independent, and Stripe handles international card payments from your patients.

Patient data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Access is controlled by role, and staff actions are audit-logged so any change can be traced to an individual account.

NxaCare follows HIPAA-aligned data handling practices and is SOC 2-ready. It complies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA). Enterprise plans include a signed Data Processing Agreement. Read the compliance page for what each of those terms means precisely.

Your clinic does. NxaCare processes it on your behalf, and a full export is available at any time, including if you cancel.

Not yet. It is on the roadmap. Accounts are currently protected by individual passwords with role-based access and audit logging.

Patient data is held in NxaCare’s managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest. Specific hosting and data-residency details for an Enterprise deployment are covered during procurement — contact the team for the current arrangement rather than relying on a general answer here.
