Who writes what you read here, how it is checked, what it is not, and how to tell us we got something wrong.
Quick answer
Everything published on nxacare.com is written by named members of the NxaCare team and reviewed before publication. Guides carry an author, a publication date and an updated date. We publish general operational information for clinic owners — not clinical, legal or tax advice — and we do not publish invented statistics, credentials, testimonials or product capabilities that do not exist yet.
Who writes this
Content on this site is written by the NxaCare team. Guides carry a named author with their role, and the same person is reachable through the company. There are no pseudonymous bylines and no ghost-written articles attributed to people who did not write them.
Alok Kumar — Co-founder, NxaCare
Alok co-founded NxaCare after spending months inside independent clinics across India, watching front desks run on three registers and a WhatsApp group. He works on the product end of the business and writes here about clinic operations and software selection.
Aman Verma — Co-founder, NxaCare
Aman co-founded NxaCare and works across engineering and delivery, including the data migrations that move a clinic off paper. He writes here about going paperless, billing structure and the practical mechanics of a switchover.
Neither author holds a clinical qualification, and we do not claim medical expertise. What the team has is time spent inside independent clinics and experience building the software that runs them, which is the perspective these guides are written from.
How a guide is produced
Every piece starts from a question clinics actually ask us — in demos, in support tickets, or in the first week of onboarding. Nothing is written to fill a content calendar or to target a search term we have no useful answer for.
- Claims about NxaCare are checked against the shipped product before publication. If a capability is planned rather than available, the text says so.
- Where a question has no single correct answer — tax treatment, benchmark rates, clinical judgement — we say that rather than inventing a confident number.
- We do not publish statistics we cannot source. If you see a figure on this site without a source, treat it as an error and tell us.
- Guides are reviewed by a second person on the team before they go live.
Updates and corrections
Each guide shows the date it was published and, once it changes materially, the date it was last updated. Those dates reflect real edits to the content — they are not refreshed to make a page look recent.
If something here is wrong, out of date, or misleading, email info@nxacare.com and tell us what and where. Substantive corrections are made to the page rather than quietly overwritten, and the updated date changes with them.
What this content is not
NxaCare publishes general information about running an outpatient clinic. It is written for clinic owners and administrators, and it is not any of the following:
- Medical advice. Nothing here is guidance on diagnosing or treating a patient, and nothing on this site should be used to make a clinical decision. We do not publish clinical protocols.
- Legal or compliance advice. We describe how NxaCare handles data and what our compliance posture is. What your practice must do to meet its own obligations is a question for your own adviser.
- Tax or accounting advice. Guides that discuss GST and invoicing describe how to structure billing operationally. Whether a particular service is taxable for your practice is a question for your accountant.
Patient-facing educational content published by a clinic through the NxaCare patient portal is written by that clinic, not by NxaCare, and remains that clinic's clinical responsibility.
Testimonials, reviews and claims
NxaCare launched in 2025 and is onboarding its founding clinics. We do not publish invented customer quotes, invented clinic names, star ratings or review counts, and there is no aggregate rating markup anywhere on this site — a build-time check fails the deployment if any appears.
Any testimonial we publish in future will be attributable to a real, named clinic that has agreed to it. Illustrative examples of how the product is used are labelled as illustrative rather than presented as customer stories.
Product claims follow the same rule. Pages on this site name what is live today and separately name what is planned. Where a competitor capability is missing, the relevant page says so directly.
Ownership and funding
This website is published by Mountiva Group Pvt. Ltd., the company that builds NxaCare, founded in 2025 and registered at Tehsil Fatehpur, Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh 225022, India.
The content here is produced by the company about its own product. It is not independent journalism and does not pretend to be. We do not run sponsored posts, do not accept payment for placement in any guide, and do not carry advertising or affiliate links.
