Your brand

Your clinic's name on everything your patient sees.

Most independent clinics do not have a branding problem. They have a consistency problem — a WhatsApp from a personal number, a handwritten slip, a paper receipt, a phone call to rebook. Nothing carries the clinic's name twice.

  • Custom branding on Pro
  • Full white-label on Enterprise

A patient does not remember the appointment. They remember the practice.

When every message comes from a different number and every document is handwritten, a patient does not experience a practice. They experience a doctor and a room. That is a hard thing to refer a friend to, and a harder thing to charge confidently for.

None of that is fixed by a logo. It is fixed by the same name appearing in the same way at every point a patient touches the clinic — when they book, when they are reminded, when they are handed a prescription, and when they file the invoice months later. That consistency is what people are actually describing when they call a clinic professional.

That is what moving to Pro buys you. Set your logo, colours and clinic details once under Settings → Clinic, and from there the booking portal, the reminders and every document a visit produces carry your identity instead of ours. On Starter they carry NxaCare's — a fair trade when the priority is simply getting off paper, and the single thing most clinics upgrade in order to change.

Six touchpoints

Where your brand replaces ours.

Not a brand guideline. The specific things a patient sees, opens and keeps — and who they currently belong to.

The page they book on

The self-booking portal itself is on every plan. On Starter it is NxaCare's page; from Pro it carries your clinic's name, logo and colours, and the link is yours to share or embed wherever you already send patients.

The reminder that arrives

Confirmations and reminders go out automatically before every appointment. From Pro they arrive under your clinic's identity rather than ours — and either way, not from whichever phone the front desk had free that morning.

The prescription they take home

Prescriptions generate as PDFs, ready to print or send. Branded from Pro, so a patient who fills it at a chemist two suburbs away is still holding your name and not a vendor's.

The invoice they keep

Invoices generate with GST already itemised — the document that goes to an insurer, an employer or an accountant, and often the one that outlives the visit. Carrying your branding from Pro.

The aftercare they read

Publish your own articles, guides and aftercare instructions straight to the patient portal, from Pro upward. Your advice, under your name, instead of whatever a search turns up at 11pm.

The review they leave

The reviews and ratings system is included from Pro, so feedback is collected through your own patient relationship rather than left entirely to whichever third-party listing a patient happens to find.

Three levels

How much of it is yours.

The difference between our plans is mostly a question of whose name the patient sees. Here it is stated plainly rather than left in a comparison table.

  1. Starter₹1,299/mo

    NxaCare branding

Every feature works, and NxaCare's branding is what your patients see — on the booking page, in the reminders, on the documents. The right trade when the priority is simply getting off paper.

  2. Pro₹2,499/mo

    Your clinic's branding

Your logo, your colours and your favicon across the patient-facing experience, alongside a small "Powered by NxaCare" badge. For most independent clinics this is the tier where the practice starts looking like a practice.

  3. Enterprise₹4,999/mo

    Full white-label

Your brand is the only brand. NxaCare is invisible to your patients and to your staff. Built for multi-branch groups where the group name is the asset.

Full limits, billing cycles and what else changes between plans are on the pricing page.

What this is not.

NxaCare does not build your clinic a website, and it is not a website builder. If you need a public site with your services, your team and your directions on it, you will still need one — and we would rather say so here than halfway through a demo.

  • We do not design or host a public marketing website for your clinic.
  • We do not manage your Google Business Profile or your local listings.
  • We do not write your marketing copy or run your social accounts.

What NxaCare brands is the part a patient actually interacts with: the booking, the reminders, the documents and the portal. If you already have a website, the booking link drops straight into it.

See your own clinic's name on it.

Book a 30-minute demo and we will set up the booking page and a sample invoice with your clinic's details, so you can see the difference rather than take our word for it.
