- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required to begin. You only pay once the trial ends and you choose to continue.
- What does NxaCare cost per month?
- Starter is ₹1,299 a month for solo practitioners and small clinics, Pro is ₹2,499 a month for growing clinics that need branding and online payments, and Enterprise is ₹4,999 a month for multi-branch groups. Quarterly billing saves 10% and yearly billing saves 25%.
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- No. Onboarding, data migration and staff setup are included on every plan. Most clinics are live within 48 to 72 hours.
- Can I change plan or cancel later?
- Yes. You can move between plans at any time. Monthly plans have no lock-in, and annual plans can be cancelled before renewal. A full data export is always available, so you never lose access to your patient records.
- How many doctors and patients does each plan cover?
- Starter covers up to 4 doctors, 1 receptionist, 200 patients and 500 appointments a month. Pro covers up to 10 doctors, 5 receptionists, 2,000 patients and 3,000 appointments a month. Enterprise is unlimited on all of these.
- How do patients pay?
- Pro and Enterprise include online payment collection through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) and Stripe for international cards. Every plan can record cash and cheque payments through manual billing.
